This simple (yet robust) tire mount allows you to carry a spare tire on our Universal Carrier or Tire Carrier Accessory in the reverse position. Reversing your spare tire allows you to gain some otherwise wasted space, especially when combined our Reverse Spare Tire Carrier Storage Kit, which is AWESOME (see related products below). We designed the reverse tire mount to accommodate all the common Volkswagen 5x112 pattern wheel and tire combinations found on 2wd and 4wd vehicles. Made right here in the USA.

• Bolts and hardware
• Installation instructions
Installation note: For use on a Vanagon, this kit requires our rear plate steel bumper, our bumper mounted swing-away arm, and either the universal carrier or tire carrier accessory for use. For use on a Eurovan, you will need the Eurovan Swing-Away Carrier System.
