Lucas,
I have an 1987 Westfalia GL full camper that I bought new. It now has 112,000 miles on it. I have been trying to keep it going as each part seems to wear out. It has now worn me out and there are no VW people here (in Mississippi) that will even be sympathetic. It quit one more time last week when the ignition system failed and this seventy-nine-year-old is ready for it to go. It has never been in a salt environment and has not been in an accident. I am going to call the Kidney Foundation and tell them to come and get it.  Thanks,
